Woodland, pines and botanical collections make this a green destination in the hills. The garden dates to 1972 and has over a thousand species. Follow marked paths and check garden opening and facilities before visiting.

Leave the inland town centres to reach Lamezia’s coast. Marinella’s promenade offers Tyrrhenian views and sunset light. Check wind and weather; views of Stromboli depend on atmospheric conditions.

A coastal walk in the neighbouring municipality, also known for kitesurfing. The town promenade is Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo. Check roads and access from Marinella; no continuous pedestrian route between the promenades is asserted here.
